The Hollywood Historic Hotel Inc. has developed a program that will introduce a new standard of hotel cleanliness and disinfection to ensure our guests enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay. We proudly use the cleaning and disinfecting products made by Ecolab, one of the top industry leaders in cleaning products and solutions. We have added a new product by Ecolab - Peroxide Multi Surface Cleaner and Disinfectant- which is approved by the CDC, and EPA registered against emerging viral pathogens including the Covid-19.

Current Standards

We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Given the effects of COVID-19, we have taken additional measures in our hotels today, developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC), to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous.

Extra disinfection of top 10 high touch areas in guest rooms including light switches, door handles, remote controls, safe pin pad and furniture knobs.

Increased cleaning frequency of public areas including the lobby, elevator handles inside and out, elevator buttons, door handles and staircase railings, using the Ecolab.

We have increased the installation of permanent hand sanitizers throughout the property and for every floor.

Reduced paper amenities (like pads and guest directories) in rooms.

We will provide housekeeping services for in house guests but only when the guests are not in the room.
